Felix Albert Nongsiej, a young fitness enthusiast, inaugurated a state-of-the-art gym called Alex Gym – Join the Fitness Family, located behind Miracle Plaza here.
Equipped with modern workout equipment and facilities, including dedicated spaces for exercise, relaxation and recovery, Alex Gym aims to provide a comfortable and motivating environment for fitness enthusiasts.
Speaking to reporters, Nongsiej said that opening his own gym had been a long-cherished dream. His desire is to encourage the youth to adopt a healthier lifestyle and stay away from negative influences. In today’s world, where unhealthy habits and distractions are rampant, he believes that dedicating just one hour a day to fitness can help young people build stronger, healthier bodies while steering clear of harmful activities.
