The Hynñiewtrep Integrated Territorial Organisation (HITO) inspected the Iooksi primary health centre (PHC) and Saphai sub-centre and found them to be deficient in several areas.
Last month, local residents and another pressure group had raised the matter with Health and Family Welfare Minister James PK Sangma.
The PHC, located close to the Kupli reservoir and Assam border, lacks drinking water supply as well as mobile phone and internet network.
The Saphai sub-centre also lacks drinking water and does not even have electricity.
