The Tourism Department has clarified today that a video doing the rounds of supposed bungee jumping at Nohkalikai Falls is fake.
The video in question was not shot at the famous waterfalls, the department said in a release today.
“Circulating such videos or posts can be misleading to the public. We request everyone to verify the authenticity of such videos before sharing them,” the advisory said.
