Shillong, Apr 26: More than 160 trainees took part in the ‘Employability Accelerator Programme’, a joint initiative of UNIQLO India and Avenues aimed at expanding employment opportunities and improving job readiness for youth.
A certification event was held here on Wednesday to mark the completion of the course, a press release informed on Sunday.
The trainees included college-going and unemployed youth and represented different communities of the North East. They were certified after completing an intensive 80-hour training programme focused on workplace readiness and employability, completely sponsored by UNIQLO.
