Shillong, Aug 27: A three-day training on processing and preparation of value-added fishery products concluded at the KVK East Garo Hills, Megagre on Thursday.
Organised by KVK East Garo Hills with NFDB-NERC, Guwahati, it aimed at livelihood and entrepreneurship promotion.
Participants received practical training on fish pickle, fish finger and fish momofish cutlet, fish ball and fish pakoda.
The programme concluded with certificate distribution to 29 participants.
