The ‘Sur Ehrngiew ki Nongmalki’, comprising various pressure groups and the Seng Samla Malki, will hold a peace rally and candlelight vigil in solidarity with the late Cherishterfield Thangkhiew, the former HNLC militant who was killed by police last month, at Madan Malki on September 7.
The group has appealed to the public to support the rally to condemn the killing of Thangkhiew on August 13.
