Nativity Higher Secondary School emerged as the overall champions at the 8th South West Khasi Hills district level inter-school athletic meet, which concluded today.
The champion school pocketed 21 Gold, 12 Silver and 10 Bronze medals.
Jakrem Presbyterian Higher Secondary School bagged 15 Gold, 12 Silver and 11 Bronze medals.
Altogether nine schools participated in the event held at Saitsnad Mawlangwir Sports Club field.
The closing ceremony was attended by Mawkyrwat MDC, Carness Sohshang, Additional Deputy Commissioner, S.C. Laloo and BADO A. Warbah, teachers and students.
