The annual general meeting of the Meghalaya Swimming Association was held here on November 30 at Crinoline Swimming Pool.
Office bearers were elected to take the association forwards for a term of four years.
Ian A Lyngdoh was elected as president and he will be assisted by two vice-presidents, Kenneth Wahlang and K Geoffrey Nongrum.
The general secretary is Baika R Lyngdoh and joint secretaries are Mark H Nongrum and Jonathan D Dunai. The other office bearers are Maximillian Lyngdoh (treasurer) and Joe Marwein (technical director).
Eight executive members were also chosen – Wissterland Wanniang, Kishore Subba, J Warbah, Iarap T Toi, Markhiathew Kharnaior, Kenneth C Suting, Carlos Wanphrang Chen and Wankisor Chyne.
