A 17-year-old boy was among two suspected drug peddlers who were arrested last night by police in East Jaintia Hills carrying heroin worth Rs 25 lakh with them.
Acting on a tip-off, police nabbed the two near the Ladrymbai petrol pump while they were in possession of the drugs as well as various drug-related paraphernalia.
While the identity of the minor cannot be disclosed for legal reasons, the other drug peddler was identified as J Dkhar (22).
