Employees of Mawmluh Cherra Cements Limited (MCCL) has demanded the State government to clear the normal salary and pending dues before implementing any scheme.
The MCCL Employees Union (MCCEU) in its meeting held today has also sought speedy and normal running of the cement plant with upgradation or other alternative.
The union also urged the state government to pay full 48 months of VRS to all employees irrespective of the years in service.
It also stated that the contractual and trainee employees should get financial alternative or other incentives.
