Sonam Raghuvanshi, wife of Raja Raghuvanshi who was murdered in Meghalaya, has surrendered to the police in Uttar Pradesh’s Gazipur district.
According to reports, she gave herself up voluntarily.
The police have arrested one suspect from Uttar Pradesh and two from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, in connection with Raja’s murder.
However, one more accused is still on the run, and the police are working to apprehend them.
Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma praised the state’s police for achieving a significant breakthrough in the case within seven days.
