Shillong, May 8: The Shillong Law College Red Cross Unit, in partnership with the Indian Red Cross Society, Meghalaya State Branch, the Doctor H. Gordon Roberts Hospital, and the Dorbar Shnong Malki, will be hosting a one-day free health camp tomorrow.
The initiative is aimed exclusively at senior citizens residing in Dorbar Shnong Malki, coinciding with the observance of World Red Cross Day, celebrated under the theme of united humanity.
The health camp will be held at the premises of Shillong Law College, from 10 AM to 2 PM. Senior citizens in the community are encouraged to attend this significant event to take advantage of the medical services offered. The camp will provide essential health check-ups and consultations, promoting well-being among the elderly population of the area.
Dr. Kitdor Diengngan, a specialist in geriatric medicine from the Dr. H. Gordon Roberts Hospital, will be present to provide expert advice and support to participating seniors.
