The Federation of All School Teachers of Meghalaya (FASTOM), a body representing ad hoc school teachers, will organise its general meeting on October 7, 2023 at the New Nongstoiñ Football Playground from 11am.
Members registration will begin at 9am.
This meeting will act as preparation for agitation across Meghalaya if the government does not pay heed to upgrade of all ad hoc schools to the deficit system of government support.
FASTOM thus appealed to all the ad hoc schools in the whole state to attend the meeting.
