Based on a tip-off, Ri-Bhoi police on Sunday seized a type of explosive device that include gelatin and detonators, which was buried underground by unknown miscreants.
According to reliable sources, 139 gelatin sticks and 27 detonators were seized by Ri-Bhoi police at Nongspung village.
The explosives were seized by the authorities and an investigation is ongoing.
