The State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) has encouraged citizens of Meghalaya to download the central government’s SACHET app, which provides timely weather alerts and updates crucial for public safety during extreme weather events.
The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, the SDMA said in a press release today.
