An alert Tata Sumo driver alerted police yesterday after he found a bag abandoned in his vehicle.
Police was examined at Madanrting police station and found to contain 21 soap boxes filled with heroin weighing 253.53g.
The drugs are worth more than Rs 2 crore, police said. Some clothes were also found in the abandoned bag, which the driver said had been carried by two individuals. Police are on the lookout for the duo.
