The State Cabinet, on December 20, approved the amendment to the Meghalaya Minor Minerals Reclamation Fund Management guidelines 2022.
Under this, the agencies eligible to implement the funds were enhanced with the addition of the Biodiversity Board.
The chief minister said earlier there were nine agencies which could implement the funds.
The cabinet also approved the amendment to the Meghalaya Building (Amendment) Bye-laws 2022 and the notification for the Meghalaya Professions Trades Callings & Employment Taxation Rules.
