The women’s wing of the BJP in Tura has written to the local Maternity and Child Health Officer over allegedly declining standards in the town’s Maternity and Child Health Hospital.
The BJP Mahila Morcha said that it has received several complaints regarding the hospital over allegedly poor behaviour on the part of the staff.
The letter of complaint cited several examples.
The women’s wing also claimed that, despite having a sonography machine, patients are still being referred to a private clinic to be examined.
