The executive committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Ri-Bhoi unit met today in Nongpoh to discuss the strategy for the upcoming Assembly elections, which must be held by March 2023.
BJP district president Skhem B Swet presided over the meeting in the presence of the party’s state president Ernest Mawrie.
Mawrie spoke about strengthening the organisation at the grassroots in Ri-Bhoi and about addressing the real issues faced by the people. The meeting was attended by all district officers as well as by district mandal presidents.
