Deputy Chief Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar visited Namdong CHC, inspected the infrastructure and interacted with the doctors and staff yesterday.
He was accompanied by waheh shnong D.S. War secretary Serus Lipon and other elders of the village.
Dhar took stock of the maintenance of the health centre and assured construction of an approach road and to procure an ambulance, besides other needs for the upkeep of the building.
He urged the health care workers to perform their duties with utmost dedication and caters to all individuals.
Later, the deputy chief minister inspected the land for construction of a block office.
