Cabinet Minister Alexander Laloo Hek visited the Medhavi Skills University (MSU), Sikkim today.
A function was hosted by the university for the minister and other guests wherein MSU Pro-Chancellor and Co-Founder Kuldip Sarma highlighted the university’s innovative educational practices and emphasised on industry integrated higher education to be the only way to shaping future leaders.
Speaking at the function, Hek stressed on the importance of skills, self-reliance, development of integrity and ethics among the youth. He motivated the youth about self-management and time management by sharing his life’s inspiring journey with the students.
Later, he took a campus tour to get an in-depth outlook of MSU’s facilities and academic environment.
