The state government will hold a meeting to look into the sharp fall in the price of broom sticks.
Agriculture Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh today informed that she has called for the meeting on May 16 to study the issue that is affecting agriculturalists.
“I am yet to be briefed about the reality of the situation but we will take necessary steps and measures to ensure that the low price does not continue,” she told reporters.
