A male patient, Rockstar Ryntathiang (29) of Langkyrding, was admitted to Shillong Civil Hospital’s Covid-19 observation ward on the afternoon of July 31 but subsequently passed away the same day.
Another male patient, Binod Thapa (40) of Nongmensong was admitted to Shillong Civil Hospital’s Male Medical Ward-I on August 12 but passed away the same day.
Relatives of the deceased have been requested to claim the body from the hospital morgue immediately, failing which it will be disposed of by the Shillong Municipal Board.
