      The Congress has today set up the political affairs committee of its Meghalaya unit.

      Former MPCC president Celestine Lyngdoh was appointed as convener of the 12-member committee.

      The other members include MPCC chief Vincent Pala, former Assembly Speaker Abu Taher Mondal, Deborah C. Marak, Pynshngain N. Syiem, and Ronnie V. Lyngdoh.
