Union Minister for Law and Justice, Kiren Rijiju, will visit Shillong on Saturday.
The Arunachal Pradesh MP will address fellow Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers on the subject of the Union Budget and will then hold a press conference at 2pm.
Rijiju last visited Shillong in January last year when he was Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports.
