All the twelve MLAs of the Trinamool Congress in Meghalaya will leave for Kolkata on November 29 to meet party chief Mamata Banerjee.
The delegation will be led by newly elected parliamentary party leader Dr. Mukul Sangma.
The meeting will be held at the Trinamool Congress Bhavan.
Besides Banerjee, top party leaders will also be present to welcome the Meghalaya legislators into the party.
It is also expected that during the meeting Banerjee will announce the president of the Trinamool Congress in Meghalaya.
Most of the Trinamool Congress MLAs are in favour of Nongthymmai MLA Charles Pyngrope taking the mantle as the president of the party in the State.
