A member of the Hynñiewtrep National Liberation Council today surrendered before Meghalaya police in East Jaiñtia Hills District.
Emanuel Suchen of Lumshnong village surrendered unarmed, accompanied by his family members before Additional Deputy Commissioner SS Syiemlieh in the presence of Superintendent of Police Jagpal Singh Dhonoa at the Deputy Commissioner’s office in Khliehriat.
