The Nongmalieh Infra Private Limited in Ri Bhoi district had come forward to render its service to the people amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, by procuring portable oxygen concentrators to meet the requirement of the State.
The oxygen concentrators under the brand name ‘Dr. Oxygen’ was procured from South Korea, Alberto Nongsiej, Director of the company said.
He said this is easier to use especially in emergency and cheaper than any other oxygen cylinders. Dr. Oxygen is a small portable oxygen generator development in South Korea under the patented technology which does not required electricity and generates 99 per cent oxygen, he explained.
Bhara Parikh, Project Development Consultant of Nongmalieh Infra Private Limited informed that in India, Dr. Oxygen was on demand and proved successful where more than 400 units was deployed in Maharashtra.
