The Shillong unit of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) donated supplies on Saturday to 22 students from Arunachal Pradesh who are studying in Shillong. The Hindu nationalist student group has been providing groceries, donating blood and arranging for lifesaving medicines, etc, it said in a press release, adding that it had helped out more than 500 students last year during the height of the Covid-19 first wave.
