The Executive Committee of the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) has decided to create posts for an additional judge and two magistrates so that the district council courts in Nongstoin, Mawkyrwat and Nongspung can be made functional and be strengthened, Chief Executive Member Titosstarwell Chyne informed today.
