Khliehriat, Sep 18 : East Jaiñtia police arrested five members of a gang of dacoits operating in National Highway 6 at around 2 am on Friday.
Police said the gang loot truck drivers in the area.
Two local knives, dao, cash and a light motor vehicle used in committing the crime was seized from their possession. Action as per the law is being initiated against the arrested persons, police said.
