Shillong, Dec 7: The Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) today observed the 31st death anniversary of its former leader, Bull N Lyngdoh, with a floral tribute at Malki.
KSU president Lambokstar Marngar led the ceremony. He stressed the need for unity within the Khasi community, claiming that existing laws and mechanisms intended to protect indigenous tribes are ineffective.
