A total of 50 projects prepared by school students from all the 12 districts of the state will feature during the state level Children’s Science Congress.
The Joint Secretary, Planning Department and Member Secretary State Council of Science, Technology & Environment in a press statement today informed that eight projects out of the 50 will be shortlisted to represent them at the national level.
All the districts in the state conducted the event under the theme, “Understanding Ecosystem for Health and Wellbeing” wherein a group of two child scientists aged between 10-17 years works under the direction of a science teacher and present their science projects.
The objective of the congress is to promote scientific thinking and innovation among students, providing them with a platform to showcase their scientific concepts and experiments aimed at addressing real-life problems.
