An indoor sports hall built in 2009 has been lying unused in Selsella since it was constructed 15 years ago, four pressure groups have claimed.
The four wrote a joint letter to Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Shakliar Warjri to inform him of the sorry state of affairs.
The building was never formally inaugurated, which meant that it has remained in limbo ever since, “thereby negating its intended benefits” for the youth of the area to improve their physical and mental well-being.
The minister was asked to schedule and preside over the inauguration as soon as possible.
