A violent physical altercation took place between drivers reportedly during a massive traffic jam in Malidor, East Jaintia Hills along the National Highway 6.
The incident which took place yesterday was captured on video by commuters.
While no one was injured, the incident points to greater emotional stress, nervousness and aggressiveness that traffic congestion can trigger.
Certain stretch of the deplorable NH 6 is undergoing repairs. However, the badly battered highway has reported numerous instances of traffic jams that left commuters stranded for days even in the past.
