Students from various schools under Eastern West Khasi Hills district today turned up at the talent identification programme conducted at Madan Mot Tirot in Mairang Mission.
Organised by the Meghalaya State Olympic Association (MSOA) and Department of Sports and Youth Affairs the programme is implemented by Edge 10 Group.
Students enthusiastically participated in drills including Compass Drill, Vertical Jump, 20 Meter Sprint, 10 Metre Ladder Run etc.
MSOA working president, John F Kharshiing, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Headquarters), Eastern West Khasi Hills District, H. Kharkongor, Syiem of Hima Nongkhlaw, P.M Syiemlieh, teachers and students were present at the programme.
