The 19th Shillong Wine Festival will be held at Ward’s Lake here on December 22 and 23.
The annual wine festival has been a sincere platform created by Forever Young along with local winemakers to introduce a coterie of delectable home-made fruit wines to not only the locals of Meghalaya but also tourists who visit during the festival time.
“Our sincere aim is to take it to further heights by showcasing the unique talent and skill of our people in indigenous wine making and building a platform that encourages this craft and to make Meghalaya well known for its unique wines,” said Forever Young president Michael N. Syiem.
