The Director of Higher & Technical Education, Meghalaya has informed that the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) has been integrated with the Common Service Centre (CSC) for OTR facility, scholarship form filling, biometric authentication etc.
After submission of Aadhaar Number, the system/portal will provide an option for biometric authentication in “Self-mode” using face-authentication or in “Assisted-mode” for all modes of biometric authentication at CSCs.
The system was live from September 15, 2024 for stakeholders to generate OTR and fill their scholarship application form, etc., through CSCs.
