The Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Cultural Centre today awarded 860 certificates to meritorious students of Computer and Language trainees during a convocation programme held here today.
The present convocation is for trainees of the 102nd batch of Computer Training and 41st batch of Language and Communication
Br Vairagyachaitanya Maharaj, Director-Academics at the centre informed that approximately 1170 students were enrolled to the training.
The ceremony recognized the outstanding achievements of the students across various categories, with accolades such as Session Toppers, Best Projects, Best Personalities, and the prestigious Computer Gift award to Banjop Kupar Warjri for successfully completing six courses at the institute.
The academic toppers in computer training were Iarilang Lyngdoh Nonglait, Alvareen Lyngdoh Nongbet, Ruchita Chakraborty, Arvind Deka for DTP (Part 1) and Neshit Kuri for other expert level courses.
Commissioner and Secretary to the Governor, BDR Tiwari attended the ceremony as the chief guest. During his speech, he emphasized the significant contributions of Ramakrishna Mission to society, the city, and the state.
Swami Divyaswarupananda Maharaj, the Centre-In-Charge acknowledged the efforts of the teachers that ensured the smooth certification process. He also emphasized Swami Vivekananda’s significant contributions to society and urged current students to carry forward his legacy of values and excellence.
Robertson Thangkhiew and Sophia Katrai, representing the teaching staff, congratulated all students and urged them to continue their pursuit of knowledge, highlighting the vast digital world available for exploration.
