Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong is likely to be discharged from Apollo Hospital, New Delhi on September 17.
According to a health bulletin, Tynsong had been shifted out of ICU since the surgery.
“CT scan shows normalcy. However, another scan is to be done before declaring fit for discharge. He is expected to be discharged on Tuesday,” the bulletin said.
On September 12, Tynsong underwent a skull operation at the Apollo Hospital where he was admitted for neurosurgical treatment for a subdural haemorrhage (SDH).
The surgery was known as left fronto temporal parietal craniotomy for evacuation of SDH.
The deputy chief minister was first admitted to the ICU under the Neurosurgery Department of Nazareth Hospital here on September 9.
He was shifted to Apollo Hospital, New Delhi on September 11 for further medical treatment.
