Union MoS IT Technology and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar will arrive in Shillong tomorrow on a two-day official visit.
The minister will visit the skill development centre operated by the Rama Krishna Mission which will be followed by a meeting with members of the local business community during which he will discuss about prospects and challenges.
Chandrasekhar will also meet the Secretary of Skill Development and discuss about the skill development programmes being undertaken in the state.
He will also meet social workers and discuss about the local issues and problems and on January 13 he will address a gathering of women at Mawprem and then visit the Church of North India.
The will also hold meetings with BJP state party president, office bearers, senior party leaders and karyakartas of the state.
