The Mission Indradhanush Immunization 5.0 programme will begin in West Jaintia Hills from August 7 and will run until October 14, 2023, targeting children up to five years and pregnant women.
This was informed by the District Medical and Health Officer. The official has also requested parents and pregnant mothers to take this opportunity to get vaccinated at the nearest health centre or centres that are specifically set up in villages for the immunisation drive.
