Shillong, Jan 5: Eight students from Loreto Convent School, Shillong, have been selected for the prestigious International Taekwondo Winter Camp in South Korea.
The students will join 15 others from across India for the high-intensity camp from January 8-16, 2026, in Seoul and Jeju Island.
The students will receive advanced training from international experts under the Jeju Taekwondo Association.
Pinky Narzary, mentor and coach, credited the achievement to the guidance of Grand Master Wan Yong Lee and her own mentorship, paving the way for Meghalaya’s young athletes to shine globally.
