Police have issued a look-out notice for one Copperson (spelt elsewhere as Cooperson) Lyngdoh Nonglait, a 19-year-old man who has been missing for several days now.
The youth hails from Sohparu village in West Khasi Hills.
His guardian, Meshelta Lyngkhoi, told police on Wednesday that Nonglait had been missing since two days before.
He was last seen in black cargo trousers, grey sweatshirt, formal black shoes and carrying a green and pink bag. He is around 5 feet tall, with curly black hair and a swarthy complexion.
Before he went missing, Nonglait was at the shop of his relatives in Nonbah and told two of them, one of whom was Meshelta, that he was on his way to Shillong where he would stay with his brother, Albinus Lyngdoh Nonglait, in Rynjah.
However, despite waiting for him at the bus stand, his brother said that Nonglait never showed up in Shillong.
