Allegations of unfair means adopted in appointment of teachers to the government and LP and UP schools was leveled by the Hynñiewtrep Youth Council (HYC), Mawkyrwat circle and has demanded fresh interviews to be conducted.
According to the HYC, the office of the Sub-Divisional School Education Officer (SDSEO) had recently conducted the interview wherein candidates who did not possess the required D.El.Ed qualified for the personal interview and were even selected.
Following complaints from candidates, the HYC today met the SDSEO on the matter and demanded that the office should conduct fresh interviews for the same in a transparent and fair manner.
