The Hynñiewtrep National Youth Movement (HNYM) will attempt to stage a sit-in in front of the Secretariat on November 4 and 7.
Speaking to reporters at a press conference today, HNYM president Louis Dohtdong said that the government has turned a deaf ear to the organisation’s demand for an 80 percent job reservation in private companies and to create a policy for employment creation in the private sector.
He said that the sit-in demonstration in front of the Secretariat will be carried out from 11am to 5pm on November 4 and from 10am to 5pm on November 7.
