Shillong, Aug 2: The Bosco Pnar Multipurpose Vocational Training Centre in Mihmyntdu, hosted a certificate distribution ceremony for the fifth batch of its electrical appliance repairing training program.
Joint Director of Commerce and Industries M L Wanshnong and General Manager, DCIC B. Warjri jointly distributed certificates to the participants.
Wanshnong expressed confidence that the two-week training program would refine the participants’ technical skills, preparing them for employment and entrepreneurship.
He noted that the rising demand for skilled technicians positions the trainees for wider career opportunities and self-reliance.
Manager of Bosco Pnar Fr. Abialstar Kharsohtun, congratulated the trainees, encouraging them to apply their skills in practical work or entrepreneurial ventures.
Functional Manager DCIC Eborki Pyrbot was also present at the ceremony.
