The Meghalaya Governor, through the District Council Affairs Department, has ordered the preparation of electoral rolls in every constituency of the Khasi and Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Councils (KHADC and JHADC).
The two ADCs will hold elections in February 2025.
The draft electoral rolls will be published on January 13, followed by the last date for filing claims and objections being January 22.
All claims and objections will be dealt with by January 24 with the publication of the final electoral rolls on January 27.
