The Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills has declared May 13 as dry day in the entire district in relation to the counting of votes for the delayed election of the Sohiong Assembly constituency.
All bonded warehouse/IMFL licensed premises (off and on shops), home delivery licensees, canteens and outstills shall remain closed on the above mentioned date.
