Chief Minister Conrad Sangma today met Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in New Delhi and apprised her of the ongoing flood situation, the destruction caused by landslides and the loss of lives in Meghalaya.
Sangma also sought the help and support of the Central government in dealing with the havoc caused by heavy rainfall in the State.
